Before you place an order, please take note of the following...

Customer Service: If you need help with an existing order, or you simply want more information about our birdhouses, send an email to sales @ modernbirdhouses.com. If you require immediate service, you may call our toll-free number at 888 252 3146. Orders must be placed online, or by sending a check or money order to our shipping address.

Privacy Policy: Under no circumstances will we share your personal information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, and email address) with any third party. Unless you sign up for our mailing list, we will only contact you with information that is directly related to your order (for example, sending you an invoice and tracking number via email).

Shipping and Handling: All orders are automatically insured and we provide you with a tracking number (via email) once your birdhouse has been shipped. For residents of the 48 contiguous United States, shipping is FREE. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is $20 per birdhouse, while shipping to Canada or Mexico is $25 per birdhouse. If you live elsewhere, you can get a shipping quote by sending an email to sales @ modernbirdhouses.com. Please include your mailing address.

Return Policy: We guarantee that our birdhouses are of the highest quality. Orders are only shipped after careful inspection. Understandably, damage may occur in the shipping process. We will gladly replace the product within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are not available. For information concerning a return, or to make a claim, please call 888-252-3146.

Pay online

You can place your order online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Online transactions are encrypted and carried out on a secure server.


You also have the option of buying birdhouses through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to use this option. Just email your order to sales @ modernbirdhouses.com and we'll send you a PayPal invoice that you can use to securely place your order online. If you don't have a PayPal account, please include your name, telephone number, and shipping address in your email.

Mail your payment to us

If you're not comfortable with paying online, or don't have a credit card, you can send us a personal check or a United States Postal Service money order. Please include your name, telephone number or email address, shipping address, and a list of the birdhouses you'd like to order. Calculate your shipping rates according to "Shipping and Handling" section above.
